Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting server writes a log line each time a page is requested. It contains:
- your IP address
- your user agent (browser and device type)
- the date and time of the request
- the page that was requested
These records are used to deliver pages, trace errors and block abusive traffic. They are not used to build visitor profiles, are not sold or shared for marketing, and are kept only as long as those purposes need.
What we never ask for
pin-upcasino.in is styled like a casino lobby, but it has no login box, cashier or verification form.
Requests for your details are not from us: pin-upcasino.in never asks for passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card numbers or KYC documents. If a page or message using our name requests them, do not reply – it may be phishing.
Leaving through a /go/ link
Buttons that lead to Pin-Up pass through an internal redirect starting with /go/. It sends you on to the operator's website so the visit can be recognised as a referral from this site. Once you arrive, Pin-Up handles your data according to its own privacy policy and cookie notice, which we do not control. Read them before you register.
We do not receive your name, phone number, documents or payment details from Pin-Up.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives people rights over their digital personal data. In general terms these include asking for a summary of how it is processed, asking for correction or erasure, and having grievances addressed – with a further complaint route to the Data Protection Board of India.
For pin-upcasino.in these rights can only touch the server logs above, which are not linked to names or accounts. Data you gave Pin-Up – your profile, KYC documents, transactions – is held by the operator, so send requests about it through Pin-Up's own channels.
Children
Only adults (18+) should use pin-upcasino.in, and we do not knowingly gather data about minors.
Changes to this policy
